AGM on April 21st, 2010

Everyone is welcome to our AGM, we usually have some drinks & snacks and a short 20-30 min official AGM where we get the yearly business out of the way and then a regular meeting - as we need 2/3rds of our members in attendance for a vote, it's usually a good time to meet the group and see what we do. For those people who are members: the position of Vice President is up for vote/renewal this year (it was out of sinc last year due to the unexpected vacancy of the position) and Karen (the President) is looking for someone to take an active role to help out with some of the decision making and planning. The position of Treasurer is also up for it’s bi-annual vote/renewal this year. As always the chair positions go up for vote every year and they are: Education, Outreach, and Social Chairs. Deborah has noted that due to her pregnancy she does not feel she can continue as Social Chair. Please forward nominees to rmhexecutive@hotmail.com.
